One kitchen, one cook, one night a week
Supper Club is run by the two of us — a husband-and-wife team, and the owners. I cook every dish myself, and my husband looks after the room. One kitchen, one host, one night a week, for a small number of guests. Everything is made by hand in limited quantities, which is exactly why it's Saturdays only: a single, unhurried evening, cooked and hosted with care, meant to be the centerpiece of your weekend in the Catskills.
