One kitchen, one cook, one night a week
Supper Club is run by the owners — a husband-and-wife team. One of them cooks every dish; the other looks after the room. One kitchen, one cook, one host, one night a week, for a small number of guests. Everything is made by hand in limited quantities, which is exactly why it's Saturdays only: a single, unhurried evening, cooked and hosted with care, meant to be the centerpiece of a weekend in the Catskills.
